Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we are here to help.
Return Policy:
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Non-returnable Items:
We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse.
How to Initiate a Return:

Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return your item.
After we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Exchanges:

Damaged or Defective Items:

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for paying for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
